Lark, a productivity platform by ByteDance (the same company that made TikTok), unveiled a webinar series that gives the chance to win prizes for one’s business, including P300,000 worth of marketing support.
The New Normal Business Council and Mentorship Program is a series of free webinars that will be held until December.
“We understand that these new ways of working need more than just the right tools, but businesses also need useful information and guidance from industry leaders and business experts to be able to successfully navigate this new normal and to be able to thrive and get personalized solutions for their businesses. Because every business is unique, and as we know, during these trying times, a one-size-fits-all approach no longer applies,” said Catherine Avelino, head of communications at Lark Philippines, during a virtual presser.
There will be three tracks to be held on three days with three webinars each. The first track, “Adapting to the New Ways of Work,” will be held on November 10 and will revolve around how work has changed around the world during the pandemic and how businesses can adapt to them. The second, “Evolving for the Future,” will be held on November 24 and will discuss new best practices in team management, digital marketing, and other aspects. The third track, “Innovating with Technology,” will be held on December 3 and will focus on how businesses can use technology efficiently to engage and manage their teams on remote work.
Featured speakers include RJ Ledesma, host and co-founder of several businesses; Francis Kong, entrepreneur, business consultant, and columnist; Camille Co, content creator and entrepreneur; and Carlo Ople, vice-president and deputy head for public affairs at PLDT.
Out of the total number of webinar attendees, two will be selected to receive P300,000 worth of marketing support for the promotion of their company. They will also receive one coaching session with a resource speaker of their choice, one business training session with the Lark team, and an additional 100 gigabytes of storage, valid for one year, for their Lark account.
Interested recipients are required to attend all three webinars. They should be part of a company that has been operating for at least one year with a minimum of ten employees, though there is no required asset size for the company. Upon registration, their answer to the question, “What do you think are the top three initiatives that will help your company adapt in the new ways of work or ‘new normal’, and how can it help your business’ sustainability?” will also be evaluated.
